Hi,

Does anyone have a home loan with homeloans.com.au and can provide some feedback?

Looking to refinance my home loan, and can’t go with Athena as they don’t lend in my area.

Yes, anyone can share their experiences with homeloans.com.au

Do they offer low rate only for the first year? and then increase individually?
note: they have fair go guarantee now

@chrissy, why did you pick Athena over homeloans? (IF they lend it in your area).

    From my recent experiences between Athena and Homeloans, I prefer Athena.
    Communication and customer services are better with Athena.
    
    At least Homeloans now has 'fair go guarantee' so the rate should be consistent.
    
    Please share your experiences after 6 months or 1 year.

I think up to six years now with them. No issues and have offset. Clean website too.

I was initially with them, they raised the interest rates within a few months, despite still offering the honeymoon rates to new customers on their website. I wouldn't go with them again.
