Nope, normally there's a $30 code that comes in your emails though if you sign up but don't order. Might take a week or so.
Can you sign up using a referral then don't order and still get the $30 code a week or so later? Or does it have to be a sign up without referral to get the $30 code?
Not sure but I'd assume there'd be something in the system that would flag you signed up with a referral and thus not give you any further incentive
And it isn't always 7 days. You could be waiting 3 days or even 3 weeks depending on when you sign up (they batch send every 2-3 weeks it seems)

It's a generic code that runs in sequence but sometimes that sequence changes - code might be 01EATSAU22
Afaik you have to apply it yourself - you can also just click the email link and it'll do it
