there is no way that prize is worth anywhere near 4.5k. deluxe rooms are cheap as.
That is what I was thinking. I thought you would at least get a suite room for that prize amount.
The T's & C's under 'Prize Special Conditions' mention: "Guests will be given the prize in the form of a Crown Gifts cards which are valid for three years from date of issue." so maybe they give you a $4k gift card (+$500 voucher if out of town) and the "prize" stated is to give you an example of what you can get in peak period for this value?
even peak period, prize would struggle to be worth 2.5k
