Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
Originally following a process similar to this one: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/671059 I have been on YTP via India since 2020, and the family plan since Oct 2021. Recently though, my details were wiped from my account (presumably by Google) and I can’t seem to get my account back into the green. I have the original details re: address/state etc, but I’m not able to get it to rebill me when I update my card and address back to either the address I had on file or my card’s current residential address in Australia.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
