This is probably one of the worst organised competitions in the history of competitions.
I've seen 4 different variations on how to enter, and the terms and conditions give another variation again.
The log-in on the boastcode site (which theoretically isn't even needed to enter the competition) crashes half the time.
They've yet to announce a single weekly winner despite it technically having been 4 weeks since it started. Maybe they don't know how to enter either?
They spam Facebook and Instagram with encouragement to enter but all people do is comment with a postcode.
Hopefully they will at least give prizes to those who worked out how to enter…
