For anyone using SocialGood, I gave it a shot with eBay yesterday (had to use BlueStacks as it seems their iOS app is broken currently) and not sure if it didn’t track, or just being impatient.
How long does it normally take for eBay (purchased via SG app, or eBay app redirection from SG app) and AliExpress to be tracked?
Also, are there anything I should keep in mind to make sure thing track or any other tips using SocialGood?

Hopefully just tracking in the app is enough to qualify for keeping the referral bonus right? Considering ya only have 30days to spend $30USD worth, the approval/confirmation taking more than that can’t be required surely.
Ebay was <1 day for me, AE a little bit longer (but <2days).
Booking.com (done via SG app) 7days and counting, still not tracked, not much hope anymore (I do have a screenshot when I made the booking).
So 1 out of 3 purchases didn't track for me.
(Currently sitting at +/-60% of what the coin value was when the transactions went through)
Yeh I’m thinking my purchase has not tracked. Will try again but make sure I just stay in the social good app & not redirect to the eBay app (even tho it says you can use the app). Figured switching to the app was ‘safer’ as far as login/password/payment details being leaked.
Or maybe it was that I paid on eBay gift card (tho shopback don’t have a problem with this, and I did ask SG support who said it should be ok)
just done a few orders through the SG app for AliExpress. first one took 10 minutes the rest all went through overnight.
Yeh my AliExpress orders I have done since have tracked quite quickly.
How strict are you on making sure to only purchase based on a searched item? (Rather than something in Wishlist or viewing a stores items?)
My original eBay app order never tracked, however all website based (inside social good app) have tracked (including one partially paid for with giftcards)…. Still waiting for approval of course🤞🏼, and it’s a shme eBay is now only 2.6 rather then 50%

But yes definately do it in the SG app.
Can’t find it now as eBay is not listed anymore currently, however I thought it said under the contentions it couldn’t be something in your watch list.
And for AliExpress, it says this:
You must find the item by searching for it inside of the app. Do not purchase items found by other means (including "Recommended For You").
Items that do not appear in the search do not qualify for SG.
Maybe searching within the app is more around ensuring the seller is a partnered/affiliated seller & they automatically filter out non-partner sellers? (Which can’t be done for recommended items, or something in your Wishlist)
Where shopback/Cashrewards just tell you to make sure seller is affiliated & makes you manually check it via that webpage.
Even via the app, via search, you can find non affiliated items.
So don't assume just because it shows up in search, that you will get tracking/cashback.
Same for booking.com.
I can provide proof for the non believers.

Not complaining, but seems too good… though the SG doesn’t really cost them anything I guess.
It takes about 50 - 60 after you make purchase for approval .. issue is how you withdraw .. I have Been trying for a week but no luck

@B-Man02: $300 + fee and if you didn't buy anything via eBay that might have been credited twice.
So even if you have enough, but bought something via eBay your account is likely locked for a while until they resolve it.

All the purchases were done through eBay

If you put it into your metamask wallet you have to pay gas fees?
SocialGood is an ERC20 token on the Ethereum network. So you can convert them to USDC or USDT on Uniswap (https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?chain=mainnet ). Uniswap is one of the biggest DEX (Decentralised Exchange) on the Ethereum network.
Unfortunately, every transaction on any crypto network will incur a transaction fee. Ethereum network transaction fees are quite expensive and usually it depends on network congestion, fees vary from $10 during offpeak to $300 in peak when plebs flood the network buying Dogecoins and other meme shitcoins LoL.

It's abit like jumping into a rabbit hole. But once you learn how to use a Metamask wallet you'll discover a whole new world of smart contracts on DeFi platforms to earn very generous yields. (Traditional banks eg CBA pays a dirty 0.05% pa interest for your savings deposit, DeFi can pays you upto 10-30% pa)
You can regularly check the ETH transaction gas fees on https://ethgasstation.info/
Anything between 50-100Gwei is considered low, which roughly equates to $10-30 transaction fee depending on the real time price of a ETH token.
Make sure to get some ETH into your metamask wallet first to facilitate all the transactions, then transfer the SG tokens to Metamask. Make sure to import the SG token contract address otherwise the tokens won't display in the wallet ( https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/socialgood )
Keep in mind, learning about all this stuff will cost you abit of money, I understand you only want to withdraw $300 lol, so this whole exercise will probably end up costing you more than half of it, but it opens up a new world of DeFi banking which is quite exciting.
By the way, I'd suggest getting a Crypto.com visa debit card, so that you can actually spend your crypto once you're comfortable with all of the above.

Twice I have tried to buy something during the 48 hour period when I have had a shopping bonus, and twice it didn't track.
The first time I could possibly put down to not clicking through… but the second time I definitely did do it correctly, and it still didn't claim through.
My tracking within the app has been fine. Just waiting for approvals & to see if they start allowing withdrawals again 🤷🏼♂️
Cashback rates have gone to shit though so probably won’t be using again at this rate.
all but one of mine tracked and it was one of the shopping bonuses think the spend $30 get $100?. definitely done the same way as all the others.

My AE order was tracked but got rejected after 2 months… I've already filed a request and hopefully it will be fixed.

Where do you fill in a request - I bought in September and still its in pending?
From within the app, click the person icon to open ‘my account’, scroll to the bottom and click FAQ, then click the 3 lines next to sign in & should have an option to ‘submit a request’
my SG finally approved and able to withdraw… was $1usd when I got it is now worth 9c
Plus bonus’s not being withdrawable…
Can only HODL and hope it turns around.
Though even at that, assuming you got it at 100% or 50% cryptoback rates, that’s still a 5-10% return which is same as you’d get elsewhere.
