Comments
Yep, any decent supermarket sells them, Coles or Woolies! :)
I would just call up a Sushi place and ask them directly :)
Ive seen them at Woolies, infact I think thats where I got mine.
Quality? um, i'm no specialist in this category, but head to an asian groceries store (tends to be cheaper) such as Tong Li (around Sydney), New Yen Yen (Hurstville (i think) and Eastwood), Tonyon (Eastwood). Those are the major or well-known ones. Little ones dotted around asian hubs may also serve you fine. Asian Hubs include Hurstville, Ashfield, Campsie, Eastwood, Burwood/Strathfield, Cabramatta Region (inc. Canley Vale etc.) and parts of Parramatta.
use a tea towell, for gods sake!!!
not sure about quality… but i got mine from the local asian grocery… about $2 and its still going 5 years later ( but i only make sushhi 5 times a year)
Try Asian groceries (Korean or Japanese)
or Coles in Asian section
