Anyone else having trouble with uploading their receipt? I've tried pdf & jpg formats & the file size is small but it won't upload
Do it on a phone only. Crop the receipt so it's just the receipt in the picture (like the example on the competition page). Use Snapseed or a gallery app like Simple Gallery to edit/crop the photo.
Thanks I had originally tried that & it didn't work but it might have been a glitch that day because I tried it the following week & it went through successfully :)
