I'm assuming the price would cover the wheel that's included, and yes.. it would most likely be flat when it's delivered.
Still can't beat my $10 wheelbarrow I scored from bunnings from OzB.
A 115L Gorilla Cart for $139 from Bunnings might be more suited; check it out first.
I purchased one of these instead of a wheelbarrow and it's been pretty great so far. Can replace a movers dolly for a few tasks too.
