I think the original prices are ridiculous. A quick google search on the Problue wetsuit shows you can easily pick it up for $129 and not $449. $50 is certainly a better price but don't think you are saving as much as it appears.

  • how do you check the size measurements?

    • There should be sizing charts for all those brands on our size chart page: http://www.wetsuitwarehouse.com.au/pages/wetsuit_size_chart/

Please use these as a guide only and if you have any worries feel free to call us on 07 3391 4905

      • The Problue wetsuit for male shows size of S/M. What does this mean?

      • Yeah but the "capri" (is it a model or brand?) isn't listed on that page.

  • awesome, seem like a good deal to me.

REP im after a suit that can use as surfing, can i use Problue for that purpose (best wave is on a cool windy day, so i think 5mm would be better off for me)? or i have to go with speedo ? Thank you.

    • diving wetsuits are not as flexible as surfing wetsuits.

  • Unless you live in Tassie or Victoria 5mm is just too thick for surfing. For surfing, you need flexibility in order to paddle. Generally diving wetsuits are only good for diving. If you are keen on one of these go for less thickness.

    • Indeed im living in Victoria ( and surf at Geelong area ).
PS: i dont mind to compromise some flexibility for extra thicknes/warm, i hate cold water but do like surf >.<
PSS: Nvm i think i can survive with my short wet suit atm, if i have another suit i wouldn't be Ozbargainer any more

      • You may get too hot in 5mm, but you also have other options when wearing a 3mm, like getting a hood and gloves and booties, which would probably be a far better option. Windsurfers in Canberra in winter use 3mm gear with a hood and gloves in Winter, and I'd say that would be about as cold as Victoria.

If you aren't aware, surfing in cold and windy conditions can cause bony growths in the inner ear, which eventually close up and send you deaf over time. I'm a windsurfer (which is also prone to similar risks) but I have a surfer mate who recently had his ear surgically folded forward and the bony ear canal chipped out with 1mm chisels. They reckon it can take less than 5 years to grow back. Lots of surfers put blu-tac or similar in their ears to prevent this, or a hood in winter, or I believe you can get neoprene head bands that go over your ears.

        • Thank you for the head up, i didnt know about that bony thing.

  • cant seem to select male 1mm steamers ?
