I am looking for a smartwatch that has blood pressure monitoring.
There are several models, with different prices and I would like to know the opinion of those who have and use, because I could not find any that has a good accuracy.

You need those with pump strap.
Do you have a brief list? The only one i know of are the Samsung Watch Series which limits your choices quite a bit.
Pretty much all smart watches/activity trackers have blood pressure sensors these days even the ones selling for $50 on Aliexpress. If you are looking for medical grade accuracy then none of those are as the built in sensor and the technology used can only provide measurements with high variances which is more than acceptable for the purpose they are used for.
