Definitely no good for cooking pizzas
That's what I'm saying.
I keep a pocket rocket and a 110gm gas canister in it for hikes - small footprint works well with the pocket rocket for boiling water
Arent the pocket rockets about $85? Adds up when you also add this for $26.
I recently got a 1.4L Jetboil copy for $68 which stacks the canister inside, boils water in a few minutes and can cook a lot more.
I recommend getting this instead https://m.aliexpress.com/item/1005002965506224.html?
@cami087: I just use one of these for $50 https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32588433423.html
Super fast like a Jetboil, great 1.4L capacity, nice neoprene cover so you dont burn yourself, the gas canister and burner all stack inside. Better to cook with and faster than this Stanley cup.
Works with the $4 Kmart 227g canisters which stack inside https://www.kmart.com.au/product/butane-canister-227g/312331…
I got it for around $40 about 3/4 years ago, but yes the BRS-3000T linked above is a good option as well for about $13. Have one of them too!
Pocket rocket combo with this (just the pot) and fuel will be lighter
I got this with the $17 deal, but then later got a JetBoil for Boxing Day and this feels redundant.
I agree, it's pretty sketchy balancing on my butane stove. Last time I tried to boil soup it just took too long and I burnt the bottom
Damn that is a lot of 5 star reviews
Really well made and practical. Got it to use with this: https://www.anacondastores.com/camping-hiking/camp-cooking/c… , great for making a quick cuppa on a road trip
too expensive. the deal should be 17-20 dollar after the discount.
Solar powered according to the specs.
Just in case people are having trouble picturing how big 24oz is… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKM__nbdmxk&t=107s
Not a good deal, I got 3 for $17 each from Amazon US
I still don't think it's optimal to heat up things in it or boil water. Footprint too small.
