Is the quality back to the original standards? After recent beans were reported as burnt
I got some a few days ago (Enterprise blend) from a previous deal and have been impressed. First time I've tried them but I'll be making them my regular if they keep it up.

I found Sumatra beans on bitter side to my taste, but the last Brasilian batch from Lime Blue Coffee is not much better. Not getting much luck recently.
I don't like Airjo's Sumatra either, and I'm currently going through the same Lime Blue batch as you. I find that if I follow the Lime Blue label's "27 seconds" extraction time for espresso I get a very drinkable result. It has a very straightforward "Hi, I am coffee" note that lingers on my tastebuds long after finishing the cup, but I find it better than Sumatra.
What I'd rather be drinking is Airjo's Twilight blend. It's a very nice coffee with a small amount of cocoa beans thrown in… but not enough to be a mocha. I find it an incredibly satisfying coffee to drink. Enterprise blend is my second-favourite Airjo. Enterprise is kind of their trademark blend, or at least it was before OzBargain started bingeing Sumatra deals.
