  OP, how does an Alldoocube iPlay 40 H stack up with the Lenovo XiaoXin Pad Plus you had a few days back. I'm tempted by the AlldoCube but am also tempted to wait for another Lenovo XiaoXin Pad Plus deal which was only slightly higher (well $30) than an iplay with this coupon.

    XiaoXin Pad Plus does beat the iPlay 40H in a few ways. Bigger display (slighly brighter too), better CPU/GPU, larger battery and potentially Widevine L1 depending on the ROM.

    If you can get the Alldocube cheaper than the XiaoXin Pad Plus it's still a good buy. The best tablet with the UNISOC T618 CPU out of Teclast, Chuwi, Blackview and Bmax.

    There's no AliExpress reps here. The refund should have taken only a couple of days back to however you paid. Sometimes you might need to look at the original transaction in PayPal to see the reversal.

      I paid with my credit card. Contacting Customer Support is a real pain. Will never buy anything from AliExpress.

          @Clear: AliExpress did not have the item in stock, so it cancelled the order and decided to refund me.
          I am still waiting for my refund of $110, and there is no customer support to assist me with this issue. Feeling so helpless and frustrated.

            @asadat: Yeah so normally for a credit card it would show up on your statement as a refund. If you go to the order details in AliExpress the little robot should pop up in the bottom right corner. It will ask a question "where is my refund?" and you can go from there.

              just in this month i have cancelled 2x ali orders, both were super smooth.

              one seller asked are you sure i said yes next day got email seller agree to cancel. another day, email from paypal saying i will get refund into my cc. another day, money back to my cc.
              no need to follow up or anything.
              better than some local store. how amazing

                @CyberMurning: I've had a small number of packages not arrive from October and they were refunded instantly. Had another order with 2 items and 1 was broken, so I proposed half a refund and that was approved within an hour.

                I do know I've thought a refund hasn't come through before. Upon checking my statement I saw that it showed the original transaction as reversed. I suspect it's similar with asadat. Infact he could just call his CC provider and check.

                @asadat: Previously through the mobile app I've repeated questions over and over to EVA and that's tricked the bot into connecting with a real person. Not sure if it still works.
