I think OP means if your PS+ sub runs out, you lose the capability to play the game.
My understanding Sony rotate the games on monthly basis.
To clarify, If they removed Dirt 5 from monthly game, were you still able to play the game? I'm not really sure about this because I also new with PS Plus.
I'm new to PS+ too but I understand via OB a year ago, that you can play the game as long as your PS+ subscription is running (as long as you pay for it). If you let it lapse, all the games you downloaded for free via the PS+ monthly offers (like this here Dirt 5) won't be accessible anymore.
But you will be able to play them again as soon as you pay for your PS+ subscription again.
As long as you add it to library while it is active as a monthly game you can continue to access it as long as you have a PS+ subscription.
I've downloaded it 2 days ago thanks to PS+, it's a slog to go through; I'm hopping back to Onrush, add me for some actual insane races.
Has a free disc based PS5 upgrade for those without PS+
I got it free on PS+ and that's about the price I would pay for it. Audio is a mess on PS5 (surround sound at least). Framerate even on "performance" dips pretty regularly, can't imagine how bad it would be on the "pretty" setting. AFAIK the audio bugs have been around since launch. IMO wreckfest is a better off road racer, although a bit different, and less fancy triggers.
