Woolworths Mobile $10 pre paid plan discontinued?

Currently on 1gb Woolies $10 per month prepaid plan. Just received SMS saying recharge failed with link to manual recharge. Open link and there is no option for $10. Only $20 and up.. have they discontinued $10 without communication???

    They definitely communicated this multiple times, I remember getting messages about it.

    But I had the same issue happen to me, my auto recharge failed due to card expiry date changing. I updated the payment method through the app and then it processed the auto recharge on the $10 plan without issues within a couple hours, so you can try that.

      Did they send emails about discontinuing $10 plan? So I'm assuming you can't buy them anymore but existing customers can still recharge indefinitely?

        Yeah I got a SMS about it at the end of April last year telling me about the changes happening in June to remove it.

        As long as you keep the auto recharge on and don't switch plans you should be good. At least that's what I'm hoping. But you can't buy that plan or switch to it anymore, only for those grandfathered on it

    Maybe try the long expiry deal. $140 for 100g and 10% discount on monthly shop
