Ordered two calendars, both were cancelled a few days ago because they were “out of stock” yet the listing was still up and they were still selling. Messaged Big W on Sunday, still no reply and it’s Thursday today.
Big w are shocking on eBay. I ordered an item and wanted the one pictured they sent me the new version and even when I sent pictures saying this is what I ordered, and this is what I got they just stopped replying.

You received a refund of AU $12.90 back to your original payment method, you don't need to do anything else. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be completed.
I paid only $5, btw.
That includes $7.90 for express shipping, probably because you're an eBay Plus customer. So for Big W it looks like a $12.90 order (eBay subsidising your free shipping) but I'm pretty sure eBay will withhold that when refunding you.
They keep on accepting and then cancelling orders. Tried multiple calendars. What a waste of time!
Big W cancelled my order also but only refunded me the cost of the items, not the postage, so I've had to chase it up with them. I would suggest others check that they've received a full refund as I only noticed by happenstance.
