I don't rate Zara quality, but Uniqlo chino shorts around that price point are totally worth it.
I tried uniqlo shorts and I thought it was pretty average. Got some Lee chino shorts from Birkenhead Point for $25 each. So much better than the uniqlo ones i got recently
