    • Hi I am a new manager and customer service is a priority for us. This deal speaks for itself, the price is great for a reputable brand such as Merrell.

      • Fair enough - as a manager you should be aware of what the company you're working for thinks of their customers and the product you sell.

        If I really want Merrells I will buy direct or from a retailer that stands behind the products they sell. My time and sanity is not worth the few dollars saved when shopping with you

        Given BHDs track record I'm surprised you're still allowed to post here, but that's not my call. I will try and make sure that all the other users on here know about the crappy experiences received from your company

            @brandhousedirect: Nope - I gave the company a chance and they crapped all over it and told me to eat it. You may be a saint but the company you work for is terrible.

            I won't waste my time giving out more chances, but I will spend my time wisely letting my fellow bargain hunters know who to avoid. That's how these sites work

              @fattyboombatty: Fair enough! I understand your point of view. All I can say is that under my management, a lot has changed and delivering strong customer service and quality products to our customers is our priority.

              @fattyboombatty: You are holding a long grudge from 2017 on what is clearly poor service.
              I've bought from this store 4 times over the last couple of years, including twice in the last 6 months and I did have one purchase that I had to chase up twice that was only sent when I requested a refund.
              But I have to say the shoes have been as expected, every time and in the end the service was pretty good.

        • Hi we don't sell defects. The shoes are authentic Merrell shoes.

          • @brandhousedirect: ok let me put it this way. If the shoe came and I find something wrong with them, or even just the wrong size. What will you higher priority customer service standards offer?

  • How do we know for sure that you are a new Rep? It's the same account so all we've got to go off is your word, which isn't in good shape considering the history.

    Are these discontinued stock? Are there any quality concerns from Merrel regarding this stock?
