Hi,
I am choosing a new phone and wondering if there's a reason to spend a fair bit for a higher-end phone? The pixel 6 seems pretty cool, the tensor chip and machine-learning capabilities quite advanced.
I don't purchase new phones often, so I'm wondering if there's point in forking out the 1K for the pixel, as opposed to something more budget <$500? Do you find that the extra features/greater processing power justify the higher price point of flagship phones?
Thanks,
My experience is that mid range phones are ok with normal usage. The main difference is the Camera/Photos, Sound and software updates. High end phones stay smooth after 2-3 years while mid range start getting sluggish. But you are paying almost double the price. Wait for good deal to come on high end phones or buy any mid range any time.
