Why do all the products have the same ingredients listed? Even the ones that mention grapeseed oil etc. in the product description don't have the extra things listed in the ingredients..

It's thick like zinc cream. Use it like zinc and it's ok…nose and cheeks. Doesn't spread well on other body parts.
