Shopping around for good deals for fridges, missed the boxing day sales..
Have looked at lots of second hand but a lot have been lemons.
Any recommendations for fridges on special around $150-$300?
Only using it for a year then selling it again later as I move back..

Highly recommend this place I think in Penrith or Jamisontown I can't remember if their warehouse was in Jamisontown or something and maybe another shop in Penrith but the two suburbs ring a bell.

I actually found them through gumtree and they were able to cut me a good deal but I needed to outsource the delivery via airtasker.
They should have a huge selection on gumtree.

Have a look they have pretty much everything I think most second hand stuff goes through them it feels like.
But yeah best prices and deals I could find and I am pretty sure everything works nicely if not they will probably help you out and not just dump you hopefully.

Are you around mortdale? I have a full size fridge - free. Came with the recent house purchase and I already have a fridge.
Apparently good ones are snapped up within an hour by some companies that refurbish and resell :'(
I think you just need to be on top of it.
I got one a month ago from a family that upsized theirs. It was quite dirty so spent over an hour cleaning it (sugar soap wipes worked wonders).
Have you tried loking for factory outlet stores that sell new stuff with minor quality issues. They work like new but have some minor issue (chipped paint, bent pipes etc.) and usually come with half warranty.
