I paid $390 for one of these back in mid 2020 when it was a bargain back then.

They are very effective and distribute heat evenly to every tray. The main reason I bought one was that it can go up to 75 degrees for jerky.

The one I have is still going very well and recommend it.

Edit: Just seen for cheaper on ebay https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/154782939085 but only 3 available and 0 feedback.
