    Was just told there was a 'computer glitch' which resulted in too many orders being accepted. They are processing orders today, it should result in a lot of order cancellations being sent out.

    Just called up. Person I spoke to said they have a back log of orders to send out along with a huge backlog of emails to reply to. He said it might take 3 weeks before shipment. I've gotten a refund.

    My 5 pack order is still processing. I managed to get an order in with Amazon on the weekend for a 4 pack and it arrived today. They really do embarrass these other companies with their distribution.

      If you paid via PayPal, lodge a dispute with PayPal and they’ll refund you (I did this last night). Otherwise try a credit card chargeback

    my 5 Pack has just been delivered. dont think i'll use My chemist again, what a shit show. at least tell us you cant supply for 2 weeks or pick the phone up.
