Help to Rename an App in POCO F3 5G Running Android 11 & MIUI 12

I recently installed Gcam , now I have got 2 App's called Camera . I wish to rename the Camera "Gcam App " to Gcam .
How would one go about doing this ? Have Googled without much joy .

    You will need a launcher like nova

      But if I go back to using MIUI 12 it doesn't keep the change.

    Do you use both camera apps? You can just disable the cam app you don't use in settings -> applications.

      At this stage I haven't had a chance to use Gcam so I would like to keep both. I though it would not be a drama to rename but it appears so.

    Can you just put it in a folder with another app you don't use and name that?
