Nothing screams Chinese more than an 888 Cat back pack from Panmi

    • +4

With all those 8s it has got to be good. But unfortunately the dimensions are unlucky 32x43x26cm

    • +13

Cat looks suitably horrified in the photos

  • +1

is there room for water? or what if they need to poop?

    • +1

No, and they hold it, or cleaning is not fun.

  • +1

It kinda looks like cat gas chamber or cat space capsule
    ALSO OP:
People cannot be certain whether if it is lucky or not. Suggest you use more 8's

    • With the right amount of rubber tubing I could help you make the later work…

  • +5

Just to be clear, is this something in which to contain a cat, or for a cat to wear on its back?

    • +1

From the size in the pic, the cat goes in the pack, and pack goes on the back of the human. You forgot one other possibility, a backpack for humans in the shape of a cat. Yes, they exist.

  • +1

That cat died from dehydration and stress

    • -3

Cats love small spaces, so unlikely to be stressed. How long were you planning to keep it in there for it to dehydrate?

      • +3

Unlikely to be stressed? Obviously not a cat owner or vet then hey😂.

        • +3

I have had cats in the past. Not recently. In my experience, they love small spaces. Of course all that depends on the cat, and the person. Mine were always quite tolerant of me dragging them around as a kid, or carrying them in ways that other people thought they wouldn't like.

          • +1

@[Deactivated]: Yeah true there are a lot of outside tolerant cats but in my experience the home based ones seem to freak out a bit when put in a cat carrier for the vet so I can't imagine this is much better. I get a mental image of the "viewing window" all scratched up😅

            • @Spendmore: I wonder if that's more to do with cat carrier = vet? I used to put mine in wagons and carry them around by under their front legs. They would even jump into my arms to be carried. They loved it.

              • @[Deactivated]: Yes it could be an association between the carrier and vet that freaks them out, I know none of my cats would find the backpack enjoyable.

                • +1

@Spendmore: We got something similar for our cat. Didn't think he'd like it at first since hes an indoor cat, runs and hide whenever people come over, but to our suprise he likes the bag. Everytime we bring it out, he gets in by himself, since he knows he gets to go to the park and stare at things.

      • But do they love the constant up down motion while you walk.

  • Is this the current trend uber service people have been raving about, where you take fresh ingredients to the chef to cook for you?

    • Mmm, fresh cat kebabs…

  • Light resistant viewing screen.

Isn't a viewing screen supposed to let the light through?

    • I assume it means tint. You can still see through it, just not be blinded by the sun.

      • Thanks, I thought maybe a comma was missing: "light, resistant viewing screen", but your idea fits better. A poor translation.

  • +1

Does it come with a recipe book?

  • +1

I guess no one bothered to ask cats if they like being jolted upmand down in a cramped environment just to suit a humans pleasure of having a non social type animal socially attached to them.

I get it for places like Japan, but can't image what would happen to both cat owner and cat if a dog got loose and decided it likes 'cat under glass' so to speak.

    • I doubt a dog would even know there was a cat there.

  • Similar backpacks available on AliExpress for way less

  • I need something to take my horse around. Do these come in a bigger size?.
