Ordered Domino's through DoorDash Charged for It but Never Arrived - Who Do I Contact to Get Refund?

I bought some Doordash vouchers through Shopback and used one voucher to order 2 pizzas from the local Domino's.
I paid $37.96 for 2 pizzas and received a confirmation SMS but no other SMS's and my order was never delivered.

I Googled the Domino's branch at Chapel Street in St Kilda East where I ordered from and see they have lots of bad reviews. It seems they are quite famous and well known for taking orders but not delivering. Many others have complained they didn't receive their pizza through Ubereats or Doordash.

How do I get a refund? Am I chasing Doordash or Domino's for the refund?

  I get DoorDash credits all the time for stuff missing, just select the items missing and I end up getting the value of the stuff back.
