I just bought the Deco v2, ha! But this model does seem like a pretty good upgrade for the price and I read a review where their only real complaint was that the screen was a tad small. If that doesn't phase you I'd say get it
Yeah i have the Deco v2 as well. Its my first experience with a drawing tablet, and i gotta say its pretty great. I can understand why she doesn't quite like it though
Found this item for $239 + free shipping

I'm assuming that is the older version. Different buttons, different dimensions, different contrast ratio
You can also get that for the same price on Amazon. It’s a first Gen with less colour accuracy RGB, doesn’t have the new chip technology for more realistic stylus movement and contrast isn’t as good
How does something like this feel compared to a traditional wacom tablet, or is it better to get a lower end ipad?
It’s pretty good apparently compared to Wacom. Similar quality and features but with a nicer price tag. Wacom has been around forever so they can easily overcharge
iPads these days work really nicely with apple pencils with only a 20ms delay on 1st Gen or 9ms on 2nd Gen. I like them but it is a nuisance importing and exporting to a PC and it’s very easy to get distracted on iPads with all the apps. The 2nd Gen pencil alone though is $200 but it is easily the most natural stylus

Ah OK, thank you :)
What's the difference between Artist 2nd gen and Artist pro?
The Pro supports pressure sensitive stylus, tilt and has a wheel with 2 more shortcut buttons. Also comes with a stand too
Have the Artist 15.6 Pro for over 18 months now. Great little item!
Had a good customer experience with them too. My daughter's Artist 13.3 Pro had an issue with the screen and they sent a replacement without much hassle.
Anyone used one of these? I'm pretty fond of the XP-Pen Deco standard tablet + pen, but my wife really wanted to use an LED tablet
