Booked klook discover voucher trip to visit blue mountains on the weekend but partner and I are sick with covid.
Cancellation policy says no cancellations allowed.
I've left them a message in contact us, explaining our situation but not sure when I'll get a response. (If ever)
Has anyone had a similar situation? Any tips or ideas?
