First time retuning with eBay Plus not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I can't find the postage return to print out… I've checked the FAQs and it's not under More Actions. I was sent the wrong item so it's not a change of mind return.

I've done that part and the seller said to return it for inspection, got the RMA but but there's no link to a postage label to print out?
It's up to the seller to provide a return postage label if you received an incorrect item.
Ask them to supply one.
You have to print it… It's done through ebay. details here: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/buying/returns-refunds/start-re…
So far they haven't supplied one told me to use the PayPal return but I paid by gift card. I've sent them another message so I hope they will pay as it was their mistake not mine. Thought returns would be a quick and easy with eBay plus but apparently not…
Open an Item Not As Described (INAD) case with eBay immediately. Don't send the item back unless eBay directs you to.
Bad sellers drag everything out until it's too late to make a claim or get the buyer to send the item back at the buyer's expense, then crickets.
You can always cancel the claim if the seller eventually does the right thing.
Thanks I'll do that. I bought from mobileciti and thought they were a decent seller.
I thought that too when I purchased from them. However, I will not trust or use them again. I was specifically after a dual sim phone and purchased one. They sent a single sim phone and would not accept it back. Despite having a copy of the model no and dual sim status of the variant I ordered, they wanted nothing to do with it. It was a painful process trying to communicate with them. After weeks of continual messaging, they eventually gave a final and only offer of 5% partial refund and swore that I was not to write any negative review or bad mouth them in any way. I have not come across a company like it.
Geez that's poor, sorry to hear your bad experience. Did you buy through their website or eBay?
@yanyan1: Through their ebay store
a decent seller
They have a good reputation and have been around for a while so I'm surprised you have this type of issue with them.

Hopefully, it'll be quickly sorted out for you.
Yeah I was surprised, they just sent me a label now.
Go to Purchases, find your order/item, there should be a link to return item if within the window etc.
