        I thought you were kidding…

        It's like some uni student created a Mario Kart rip off and somehow got the rights to use Garfield. I'd say the only person who should be playing this is a small child, but even then it's borderline child abuse.

      There was only one game on when I looked (at 8am) and it wouldn't allow me to connect.

      So the answer is yes, but you'd likely not find many public lobbies.

      Literally my favourite. Now there is nothing with track creation. So much fun to make something then play it in split screen with friends.
