ShopBack Cashback Dispute Help

Has anyone managed to question cashback after an inquiry? How did you go about it?

I made two orders in on the same day in November at The Iconic and went through the Shopback App. There was a 30% cashback at the time one order was around $50 another was around $120.
I've bought from this site numerous times including previous high cashback and it's always tracked.

Neither of the orders tracked so I put in the missing cashback claim. So today they said it tracked but it was only $1 cashback, now this isn't even anywhere near the usual cashback for one order. How can they claim it tracked and not even give the standard cashback rate?

UPDATE first order (~$50) has been fixed to correct amount by gotyourback, waiting on second order tracking details.

Update 2 second order tracked but was also incorrect, was fixed to correct value by gotyourback.

    It’s the Wild West with old mate ShopBack. What they say goes and will throw you under the bus whenever they feel like it. Don’t get me wrong, Cashrewards has also stooged me before but not to the extent of ShopBack.

      Yeah I've had it not track with Cashrewards, this is a first for me with Shopback but I've seen others have issues. What I find unusual is they actually claimed it tracked but only $1 for around ~$170 spend.

      By contrast I've never had ShopBack try and screw me but more than half the time the dogs at Cashrewards are like "Cashback not approved 🤷‍♂️". To make it worse they require a copy of the invoice, which is obviously not possible when the cashback is a CR promo!

    All these old cashback sites are getting blockbustered.

    Get a CDC and join the 21st century.

        CDC.. aside from disease control.. look at crypto cards with cashback, socialgood etc

          Have you seen how much CDC has gutted the cashback program?

          And I'm still waiting for them to replace my SGD card with an AUD card so I can actually use it.

    Try DMing gotyourback, the Shopback rep.
    He/she sorted out an issue for me when online help didn't get anywhere.

    Op, if you've had issues with CR and SB and others have had the same issue with The Iconic, then it means the Iconic is the constant factor and aren't paying out to the affiliates like you expect. It could be a problem with their systems or whatever. How then do you expect the affiliates to pay you what you're looking for?

    Reminds me of the definition of insanity - doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

      The store I didn't get cashback from with Cashrewards was not The Iconic. Others have complained about not getting cashback through other stores with both Shopback and Cashrewards so it's not a problem with The Iconic only.
