I am looking to buy a cordless stick vacuum cleaner for my four bedroom home (carpets in all bedrooms). I don't have many requirements apart from it should have decent suction. Ideally I want to buy one which works well mainly on carpets but also on tiles/hard floor. I will probably buy extra battery for more running time.

Ozbargains favourite cordless vac and seems highly regarded is one of the xiaomi dreame cordless vac v9 or v10
They also sell spare batteries but just not so sure if spares will be available 4+ years from now.
Recently got my mum a Xiaomi Dreame V11 with both a hard floor and carpet head. I've got a Dyson V10 and I'd rate the Dreame as better - it has a battery guage, the trigger can act as either an on/off switch, or on when held in only and the asthetics of it are really nice. It basically came with the same accessories and was well under half the price (got the Dreame on sale)

Was looking at the hoover magic and quick stick both have 2amp battery and a bad rap about it. Battery no good in less than a year and non replaceable.
