Camping stuff always reminds me of that old joke .

Me :If you went camping , and got really drunk and you woke up with a used condom between your butt cheeks " would you tell anybody " ?

    Friend : Hell no

Me : Do you wanna go camping ?

do you want to go camping daveaus?

  • Thanks OP, got a camping lantern.

  • any chance on a coupon for a usb 3.0 extension cable?

  • I don't need a camping lantern… but I bought one anyway. Btw, coupon is no longer valid for the USB extension cable. (Needed one though, so I bought it. And it seems a bit cheaper than ebay ones at full price)

  • Thanks. Got the USB cable for $2.09. I actually need one.

    Expired :-(

  • Damnit. I just bought a lantern from Bunnings for ~$12 yesterday…

    • don't regret. Value for money, your know that…

      • I seriously doubt that the one from Bunnings is much different in quality to one from Meritline.

        • Alas, poor you are if it's true.Just let it go, and be more careful in the future shopping.

  • Just ordered. Thanks.

  • If it has moving parts, do not buy it from Meritline.

I have bought things from them without moving parts that manage to fall apart after light usage.

That being said, it IS ultra cheap. (You get what you pay for I guess.)

i bought 4 of these and they break really easily.. two were delivered with a broken led or two and then the battery compartments gave way on a couple after minimum use.. would not recommend..

    • Even though it's at $2.99 or $2.49 each?

I won't expect it to be as good as a torch I paid $40 for.

      • nope.. not worth the time and hassle imo.. you can find similar products in cheap stores like the reject shop that can take a fall and not fall apart..

        • Just want to know whether it's worth buying that's all. Thanks.

Also, with the broken led ones, did Meritline offer to ship another 2 back to you FOC?

  • Bought 2 thanks
