Apparently lush rarely does sales, so when they do it's a good bargain.

  You're not wrong about them never having sales.

  These days shopping at their stores is almost impossible. Customer limits with 3/4 of that taken up by staff who block all the shelves. Online much easier.

  Every yr on boxing day, went a few years ago and got burnt real bad - Chadstone, spent 4hrs waiting cause no one knew when they opened.

  They've refunded a few items of my large order but they keep emailing every few days and saying "Oh sorry, X is now unavailable" and now "Sorry, this box is unavailable" - what kind of two-bit operation are these people running?

  They make it up to me with a $10 online voucher….which will cover the cost of shipping on my next order. Like I'd order again after this headache. Absolute clowns.
