Can I come to your NYE?

      • sure mate, where about you live ?? m in Melbourne/pakky

        • Yeah I'm pakky way. Send me your address verified by your photo ID license and I'll be there.

        • Thanks brother. I'm west-side but I'll trek the Monash if I get to have a blowout on your Gold. I like a velvet couch, whadya got?

        • +1

I sense there's gonna be a large gathering coming up here. Can I see your COVID certificate? Don't forget to check-in also.

    • Yeah, I've actually placed smaller orders than intended because of the caps before. It would me much better if ShopBack etc would cap the bonus at $25 and then have anything spent above that track at the usual %. Calling @gotyourback

      • can anyone tell me what is the best way to buy and is it excluded gst ?? how can much i will be getting back, any mathematics expert ?????

        • I’ve consulted an expert, and they tell me if you buy right now (i.e., before 4pm), one can avoid the “cap problem” completely. I was amazed, but then they asked for $100, and I started running…

        • +1

Cashback excludes GST. You may have to spend approximately $102(including GST) to get $25

      • +1

Just do one order of $101.85 (or there-a-bouts) to get $25 cashback with Shopback, then do another order for the balance of thigns you want and get the standard cashback on the rest.

        • Genius!

        • the thing is that , the bottle i want is $80 each and i need 12 in total. looks like m doing 12 orders, any limit on order ??

          • @Harsh Deep: Best to do 2x for $160 for the 27% cashback. You get $5.36 cashback on the part used with the 27%, otherwise 3% on $80 is only $2.18.

        • May be best wait a little while between orders to make sure they track separately. Also meant to say the second order should be via Cashrewards as I don't think the standard cashback will apply for the second order (unless you wait until after 10pm).

        • +2

This doesn't work, I've tried it in the past. The cap applies to any cashback earned during the promo period - anything you earn after the $25 tracks at 0% even if it's a separate order.

  • Still no Asahi 500ml .. :-( .. !!

I can't see any flybuy deal on the website. Is there anything like spend$50, get 2000 points ?

    • +3

literally says that in the deal description.

  • -5

little chance they will pay out the 27%. never track the large rebates.

    • I haven't had a single fail with SB, as opposed to CR - and their support sucks, in my experience.
Maybe you're doing it wrong bud.

      • Weird, complete opposite experience here. CR has only never tracked when I got it wrong.

        • Both work for me most of the time… :) No issue with my past 3 purchases from FCL

    • Personally, my partner and I have not experienced any cashback issue from SB or Cashrewards except for Amazon purchases (due to its confusing cashback scheme).

Also, $25 cashback is not a big amount so I wouldn’t stress about it especially if you need to buy from 1st Choice.

If you don’t like SB, simply cancel your SB account and block its offers.

It was written there that you can stack at the start . Looks like it was updated

Got a beef with this. Looks great superficially, but I price matched the items on Dan Murphy's and found they were cheaper there that the FCL prices minus cashback.

May be some bargains there that make it cheaper, but based upon 4 items (Smirnoff infusions, ginger beer with spice rum- yum) it would be much better to avoid the sparkes of cashback and price check prior to engagement.

    • +1 for rum-yum

    • Most things are 5-10% more expensive at FCL in my experience, but often this level of cashback it comes out ahead. Always exceptions of course.

    • I've found FCL to be roughly on par, sometimes a few bucks more expensive for a few things, sometimes a bit cheaper. When a deal comes like this though, most things are cheaper at FCL

  • I like the look of a 2015 Bin 28 for $30.18

Anyone getting their Bin 28s cheaper?

  • Nothing I was about to get is available for click n collect.

  • Not much price difference with dan’s for 4 Pines.

  • Ardbeg 10y/o for $89 isn't bad?

    • +1

Glenlivet 15 can be had for $75. $65 if you have amex offer.

      • Quite different whiskeys :)

  • Grabbed a Macallan 12YO Sherry Cask. Comes to $100 with cashback and Amex Offer which is the cheapest I've been able to get it for a while.

  • Anyone got their tracking (email) confirmation yet? Mine still hasn't come through: ordered 90 minutes ago.

    • +1

Last time I bought from FCL, I got tracking 7-8 hours after placing the order.
I ordered more than 2 hours ago today and no tracking yet.

      • My tracking just came through for $25 :)

    • I ordered at 7pm. Tracking came through at 7am.

  • I got a carton of great northern super crisp. On the first choice website it says each beer is 1.0 standard drinks but on the bottles they claim to only be 0.9 standard drinks each.

I can't help but feel cheated to the tune of 10%

    • Great northern original is $54 for two cases Boozebud
Cans vb $18 a case melb bitter $22 a case price errors

      • +1

I got one case for effectively $26.50 tonight.
After the cashback, plus i had a 1500 flybuys points offer for buying a carton of great northern super crisp

        • I got 10 cases vb 2 fosters 2 melb and 2 great northern $10 delivery these prices been up a week but cans only

  • My tracking has yet to come through and ordered on the 30/12/2021. Will lodge missing tracking with them.
