    Hi kevin, just confirming if it's actually you posting this time or those pesky hackers again?

    Sorry, my account was stolen by somebody and our price was low down to 9.99 by the them (not by us, we lost control to our account), luckily the thief didn't low down the price to 1.0 AUD or less. Otherwise will lost more money. For the orders which already be placed, we had shipped out even we losing money. We are a honest seller, we never lie to customer. Sincerely hope your understanding.

    I'm still trying to figure out how they hacked both your Amazon store & Ozbargain account in order to do this? Seems like a lot of hassle & not sure what benefit they got for doing all this work.

  It is really ashame that I made a mistake, since I'm a new Amazon operations employee at the beginning of 2021, on 14,Apr,2021 when I saw our listing's price lower down, I though it was our store account was stolen by "hackers" , since the price was not adjusted by us but price changed. But after study amazon more, I know it is normal, it is what people said "Amazon listing hijack". I beg you give me 2-3 minutes to explain.

  The Amazon platform has a rule "Sell Yours on Amazon" , it is definitely not same as ebay, on ebay, if you want to sale the same product as competitor, you must create a new listing, spend time and pay advertising fee to promote the sales rank. But on amazon, you do not have to do so. You just need to select a top 1 selling listing, click "Sell Yours on Amazon" button, your product then will be listed under the top 1 listing. If you offer a extremely low price, you can even grab the buy box, when customer place order, the order will belong to you. Since amazon allow all sellers do this way, I can not say any words, but the truth is it is a widely criticized function, since it increased unearned new seller(if you care about it, you will find their store which very low positive feedback under 50% or even lower). Most honest seller will not do this way. I explained why the listing shows lower price history but actually it was offer by competitor not us, can you understand? I’m not price jackers

  If I tell you most of the bad competitor (which use the bug of amazon rule) selling counterfeit product with very low price, you will not believe, and if I tell you some of the bad competitor get payment of the order but will never actual delivery your order (or fill in fake tracking number but actual do not ship out), or they promise a ETA but actual ETA 1 month longer, since it is not a AU local seller but promised a short leading time of delivery to increase their competitive advantages. I want to show you my test buy result, about 10 orders, I paid money for these order, but after 1 month, only 2 orders received product, 3 of these orders with fake tracking number, 5 of the orders without any tracking number. For the only 2 orders which actually received goods, I found it is different product than the listing, I can not say similar, I have to say it is definitely different product, different size, different shape, different package, it is counterfeit product, I kept the package of the parcel which show tracking number, and I also kept the photos of the product at the first time when I open it, it can proves what bad competitor we face.

  Leave negative feedback is your right, I respect your right, but I must clarify. Everyone has the right to live, but Ozbargain banned our account many times due to high negative feedback after 14,Apr,2021, why I repeatly mentioned 14,Apr? it is because before that date, I rarely get negative feedback. Maybe it is my mistake that spoken wrong words, but I’m not meaning to offend. If the bad situation continue (banned by oz), I can not create any deals, can’t you let me go? I don’t want lost job during Covid time.

    No, your posts were probably auto managed by the system that controls posting limits

    If you are receiving negative feedback or low positive feedback, it probably has more to do with your prior form or offering spam "deals" that are of low quality or of very low interest to most registered users.

    If you are getting negs and being placed on the posting limits time out, that's a you and what you are offering problem. It's not us negging you for no reason problem.
