Guangda chasis, offbrand alienware and have lacklaster cooling and tuning. Not sure if newer bios updates fixed anything but when LTT tested it it was less than optimal. No mux switch neither.
Not a bad deal if you need a laptop now but would suggest holding for 12th gen or 6000 series coming soon.
