@G-rig: You get the 2% plus the $5 bonus. They get tracked in seperate transactions, and not in one, usually some time apart.
At least thats my experience from the last few MasterCard giftcards bonus promos through sb
@Lucille Bluth: Not in this case. There was a specific banner link to tap on that explicitly stated 100% cash back. From my experience, this is not a bonus on top of the 2%.
Got mine sorted (only registered as 2% not 100%), bit of effort but support are good once you get onto them.

However, my partner's having an issue with hers:

Anyone know what the issue could be? She has bought them successfully in the past and now no longer works. Nothing has changed with the mastercard details and even tried re-adding them. 2 different mastercards on her account and neither of them work. The cards themselves work fine outside of shopback.
do I need to register first before I buy? Or it will track as long as I buy the swap card using my mastercard?

It's because most of retailers don't have $5 GCs.
Then what can we swap it for? Or can we combine a number of these to swap for a larger GC?
I believe swap is only one card to another. You can't combine. I hope I am wrong. If someone has combined them before please let us know. Otherwise you can always swap for Coles gift card.

Look, you had like what, 12 hours before hand to add MC? Can't blame them if they already advertise for you to link a MC to prepare.
Installed app, followed link that said 100% cashback, paid with Mastercard, stuffed around swapping it to a Coles card, found that I only got 2% cashback. What a waste of time.
Maybe Live Chat with them, but they are just finding excuses as well if you use some cashback money to pay even though others get 100% cashback. Hopeless Customer Service attitude.

The cashback is not correctly updated after 12pm. If you just bought it a few minutes after 12pm then you will only get 2%.
In my experience it won't update if you don't close and relaunch the app.
Yes, I did select the 100% cashback banner on the main page. It took me to a page with all the gift cards, where I selected the Super Swap card. At that stage it didn't mention 100% cashback. The purchase is time-stamped 11:34 AEST (QLD time), perhaps that was too late.
@samehada: Thanks for the suggestion to live chat them from the app. I did so and explained what happened and they promptly placed a top up of $4.90 into my account.

It was via a special page. It did not give you 2% cashback. If you got 2% back already, it means you did not make the purchase via the special page like someone above.
