Where do I find the "Add Yours" sticker? I can't see it in the sticker list.

Totally confused as can't find the Add Yours as not current stories on Instagram and if you are saying they have stories in their app where do I find them. I have recently put app on phone. Thanks for any help. Step by step for the dummy (myself) would be great.
