Wondering if anyone has been in my predicament and can offer some advice.
Attempted to port out from CirclesLife to CatchConnect 4 days ago and received a rejection. Issue was I chose prepaid instead of postpaid (my fault). Went onto CatchConnect live chat and resolved it with the representative, providing the account number etc. the port went through immediately, so quick the service switched off and ended the live chat while I was out.
Went home and switched the sims only to have no service with either sims. Contacted CatchConnect multiple times who cannot give me an update other than saying it's been logged as a ticket and escalated to Optus and they'll give me an update asap which hasn't happened.
Currently stuck in limbo at the moment with no service, anyone know if there is a way to fastrack anything?
