That is NZ stock, so for warranty repairs requires it sent back to NZ. (I actually asked them about this just this morning).

          Mightyape is owned by Kogan.

Cheers, I'll add them to list of Kogan associated companies to avoid.

@PainToad: Ooooh, you have a list? I'd love to see it. Kogan should be avoided like the plague.

          • @PainToad: had a kogan usb-c multiport charger which broke …possibly my fault ……sent them photo and symptoms, sent me a new charger , didn’t need to send back old one ….. with JB or HN I would have had to go into store ….. only problem i have with kogan is sometimes they don’t have stock and hence shipping delay, but i think that is due to 3rd party seller in their market place and not kogan branded items they themselves stock ….

  • Does TGG price match Costco?

  • Has anyone an idea how quickly Costco usually delivers?

    • Never mind, I think I found what I have been looking for LOL https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/costco-online-stor…
Probably going to skip this bargain…

      • Those reviews seem extreme. I have ordered a lot of items online, most of them turn up in 5-10 days.

Bought this on Sunday and it arrived to me in Brisbane this morning (sent from Sydney). This is the first time I've bought from Costco online, but I'm really happy. Haven't used the cooker yet, but it looks good so far!
