    Anything can be keto as long as you keep your total ingested carb count under a certain ratio for the day. Advertising a manufactured food product as "keto" is a myth unless it has zero carbs.
    E.g. If your total carb allowance per day is 20gm and you eat five food products considered to be keto, each with 5gm carbs you've blown your allowance and potentially out of ketosis.
