Blackview Tab 11 Problems

My Blackview tab 11 arrived today but sadly not going well so far. during set up I am stuck on the terms of use page and it looks like i can't get to the bottom of page to except terms. its as if page is cut off. nothing in instructions on doing a hard reset. what would you do next.? bought from Ali Express world launch a few weeks ago. thanks

    Can you connect a wired USB keyboard to the tablet and repeatedly press the "TAB" or arrow keys until you highlighted the "accept" terms button?

    found out how to do a factory reset and completed set up by not entering any info just except and I'm in.

      Looks like they had a shitty QC for the product. Wouldn't be surprised if there's other oversights in the software, or maybe in the hardware and construction.

        I didn't have this issue with mine. Infact I have to say this is one of the most polished Chinese Android tablets I've used. It's not quite stock as they use a custom launcher, plus some extra additions to make Android 11 better. Though no where on the level that OxygenOS pre-ColorOS merge does.

        The only real downside is that they bundled a few preinstalled apps like Opera that can only be disabled. Removable via ADB and not at the bloat level of Samsung.
