Woolworths Mobile Calling Mobile Numbers Stopped Working Today

Hi,

Any fellow Woolworths mobile user has a similar problem today, that when calling a mobile number, I got the error "Insufficient fund in the account". I have the long expiry 365 day 100GB prepaid plan and still got well over 200 days before expiry, I don't understand why calling mobile numbers stopped working suddenly?

Strangely calling landline numbers still work.

      Well I feel like you could direct OP's call to the other mobile they are trying to call.

      • "I'm sorry, you have insufficient funds in your long expiry account to make that call."

    I got that when I try to send a video MMS.

    I can still make voice call, and send SMS without the insufficient fund message.

    Stab in the dark - something to do with wifi calling.

    • Thanks for suggestion - i tried turning off wifi calling (even tho i don't think Woolworths mobile has this feature) and still got same insufficient fund msg.

    Log onto woolworths mobile portal and see if anything looks out of place? You might need to just give them a call to see what's going on if everything looks OK

  • Magically the problem disappeared today.
