Yes there are plenty better, but switch only asks for class 10 or better storage cards from memory, so these should work just fine.
Always splash for the "high endurance" models of each brand if your wallet can handle it.
There's effectively no recovering a failed SD, and so few people monitor their write count.
Not always. High endurance has 2 year warranty only and that's puzzling. If they have higher endurance, why offer so little warranty?
It is possible to workaround it by over-provisioning with a larger size micro sd card. For impulsive or fomo OZBers, getting these cheaper ones might be better (since there is a good chance it will end up collecting dust) so 10 year warranty might be better than 2 years.
Not saying get this, as I am sure the write performance isn't that great on this one, the sequential read might be good, but the sequential write speed…. that's another matter.

Acording to Kingston when I asked their rep about 5 years ago, it's got to do with number of insertions on the metal tabs, and not the chips internally.
IIRC they base it on 5 insertions per day, which when cards were smaller, and 'endurance' was used mainly for cameras, makes total sense.Lol using this exact same micro SD card right now in my phone. Good price.
Good option for Nintendo Switch?
Is there a better SD card?
