Missus wanted this car and trying to do research on this.
Local dealer quotes 30,500 and finance guy says for 3 year under toyoto finance, 1050/month and not telling me interest rates clearly. He says the system pre-programmed and gives this rate.
Being new model, i am not sure what other dealers will do and finance also not very sure this is good rate.
Anyone had experience buying new car with OzBargain sprit?.

You can almost certainly do better than the finance. Redrawing on your home loan is usually a good option if you have one.
Note that the Prius is in demand and relatively unique, so they know if you want one you can't go anywhere else so you don't have a lot of bargaining power.
Just get a Corolla, better for the environment and when running on the petrol motor the Prius uses more.
What's a Toyoto. New manufacturer? :)
