Hi everyone,
I had a parcel attempted delivery to my house yesterday morning and TNT left a Sorry We Missed you card advising that my parcel was being taken to a TNT Local exchange.
The issue is, I have no idea where the parcel has actually been taken? When i look it up online all I am told is that its "In Transit" but at no point did this update with details as to where to pick the parcel up from.
I have tried calling them and emailing them but with no response so I have no idea what to do. I went to the local pick up spots and they have nothing in their system to suggest they have my parcel.
Can anyone tell me if they have any experience with this and if it took a day or so for the parcel to actually be available for collection? Or was it available the same day. I'm just worried its hidden in the back of some guys truck.
Too late… It's gone now.
