My wife is looking for a full cotton casual pant to be worn at home. She needs a plus size one.
Can you recommend good plus size stores in Melbourne where she can try and buy?

City chic do very nice plus sized clothes. If it is literally just to hang out at home then as above, Target, Kmart, Big W all have plus size sections and are cheap.
Try Cotton on
Agree. They do comfy casual pants and also have a plus size range.

Depends on the size. Uniqlo is not that good at larger sizes.
Without knowing the fit/colour/style or how plus size you need maybe:
These cotton on beach pants might do the trick for light weight - https://cottonon.com/AU/curve-beach-wide-leg-pant/2052996-01…
A similar black pair at Target goes up to an 18 - https://www.target.com.au/p/7-8-length-crinkle-pants/6500110… or these ones go up to a 20 - https://www.target.com.au/p/lily-loves-jogger-pants/65051863
Simple cotton leggings are not bad from Target - https://www.target.com.au/p/curve-organic-cotton-3-4-length-…
Just wear no pants.. save the cash.
17 Sundays for casual yet can leave the house.
Taking shape for options (wait for inevitable sale 30% off pants)
Autograph for summer casuals like light cotton pants etc.
They all go up to size 26. None of this fictional 'xl' masquerading as plus size nonsense 👍
Big W
If you have Costco membership you can try there. She might also want to have a look at Escape2 in one of the DFOs.
However, I would start by looking around the Op shops.
Is plus size one an 18 or 20 at Millers?
