Any Rewards for New Qantas FF Members?

Are there any kind of sign up bonuses or referral codes for new Frequent Flyer members?

I’ve never used the program before but plan to start churning cards for FF points instead of cash rewards.

Not looking for credit card offers - just any kind of points bonus for setting up a new account (if such a thing exists).
